Description: One of Hiei's most potentially devastating techniques, relying on his near unrivaled speed. Once physical contact has been made, Hiei utilizes Shunpo excessively, attacking the opponent from multiple, almost unreadable angles. He can make up to five attacks in a second, and the technique can continue for up to fifteen (Three posts) if the opponent doesn't create a gap.
Duration: 3 posts max
Cooldown: Three times the duration (If it lasts for one post, cooldown is three. If it lasts for two, cooldown is six etc.)

Duration: Lasts until gets hit
Cooldown: 1 post

Changed, although I'm going to suggest you change the speed chart text from "*note: At Expert and Almighty ranks, you are able to create (or use) one custom speed tech." to "Note: At Expert and Almighty ranks, you are able to create or use one speed tech." - It appears to have caused some confusion with both me and Yokkyu in its current wording ^^.

Duration: Ten after images
Cooldown: Four posts after ten after images have been made.


this needs to be changed to one image and 1 post cooldown. i already approved that tech with that set of cooldown and duration. thats why i'm changing it. I'll work on a cannon list for techs. I didn't realize people would use the cannons. my mistake for not thinking it through all the way...
